They needed a structured approach to understand GenAI's actual strengths, limitations, and how to practically deploy it without introducing critical biases, IP risks, or regulatory compliance issues.
Baig Academy designed a highly tailored, role-specific curriculum structured around the actual Product Development Process (PDP). Rather than generic prompt engineering, the team engaged in deep-dive, practical training.
We bridged the knowledge gap by establishing core Data Science and Machine Learning (DS/ML) fundamentals, focusing on data pipelines, APIs, and realistic deployment constraints.
Moving into the technical weeds, PMs engaged in hands-on activities mastering advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and designing multi-agent workflows.
We applied GenAI directly to their daily work. PMs learned to automate tasks, write SQL queries, analyze massive datasets, and validate product ideas using GenAI as a strategic partner.
To ensure safe scaling, the final modules focused on mitigating bias, securing IP, navigating the EU AI Act, and building continuous feedback loops for LLMOps.
