An intensive, hands-on workshop enabling teams to quickly build their own AI solutions, automate workflows, and confidently consult clients on GenAI processes[cite: 149, 150].
Adaptive is a technology consulting firm specializing in intelligent business workflow automation and digital transformation.
Day-to-day productivity & client consulting[cite:150].
OpenAI models, Anthropic Claude Sonnet, RAG[cite:159,196].
OpenAI API, Claude API, Flowise, Make.com, GCP[cite:197].
Interactive group activities, breakout rooms, and quizzes[cite:200,202,203].
Adaptive needed to equip their workforce with a holistic understanding of Generative AI. The objective was twofold: they wanted their teams to build personal solutions to rapidly improve their own day-to-day productivity, while simultaneously developing the expertise required to consult their clients on implementing robust AI processes[cite:150].
Baig Academy designed a highly interactive GenAI workshop that completely bypassed theoretical lectures in favor of direct application building. The curriculum spanned five strategic modules.
The engagement kicked off by defining the real-world strengths and drawbacks of LLMs[cite:161]. Participants dove immediately into hands-on activities, mastering prompt engineering for both knowledge and reasoning models[cite:169,170]. By the end of this phase, participants successfully built their own zero-code chatbots and AI assistants[cite:162,171].
To ensure secure client consulting, we ran a dedicated module on Responsible AI[cite:172]. Teams learned to evaluate and mitigate biases, navigate copyright and intellectual property concerns, and correctly categorize risk levels based on the EU AI Act[cite:174,175,177,180].
Moving past traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA), participants learned to augment business workflows utilizing the latest AI assistants[cite:184,186,188]. This hands-on module utilized industry-leading models from OpenAI and Anthropic to transform manual workflows[cite:189].
The final phase focused on high-level enterprise applications. Participants applied Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to conduct complex document analysis and utilized GenAI frameworks for heavy data analysis, bridging the gap between basic chat and enterprise-grade intelligence[cite:192,193,194].
"The workshop gave our teams a practical framework for applying Generative AI to real business challenges. Beyond improving internal productivity, it strengthened our ability to guide clients with confidence and turn AI concepts into measurable business outcomes."
